1. Role of the Agency
 

Fly Away Travels acts solely as an agent for the various third-party suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, etc.).

• No Direct Control: We do not own or manage the aircraft, hotels, or vehicles.

• Liability: We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party suppliers, including delays, overbookings, or strikes.
 

2. Booking and Confirmation
 

• Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring all traveler names match their Passport/ID exactly. Correction fees are standard and often high.

• Status: A booking is considered "Pending" until full payment is received and a confirmation number (PNR or Voucher) is issued.

• Price Changes: Fares and rates are subject to change by the supplier without notice until the final payment is processed and the ticket is issued.
 

3. Payments and Fees
 

• Service Fees: Our agency may charge a non-refundable service fee for booking, amending, or canceling travel arrangements.

• Payment Methods: We accept [Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfers]. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the booking.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in BDT. Any bank conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 

4. Travel Documentation and Health
 

• Visas & Passports: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid passports (usually valid for 6 months beyond the return date) and necessary visas for their destination and transit points.

• Health Requirements: Customers are responsible for complying with all health entry requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, etc.).
 

5. Travel Insurance (The "Safety Net")
 

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. By declining insurance, the customer acknowledges they are personally responsible for any financial loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly Away Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of the use of our booking services.
