Return and Refund Policy & Privacy Policy
1. For refundable and partially refundable tickets, passengers will receive the refund amount set by the airline, in accordance with the airline's policy. If the airline's cancellation fee exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be issued. Also, if the cancellation charge exceeds the base fare of the ticket, that ticket becomes non-refundable. Non-refundable ticket has no refund value.
2. Third-Party Terms: Since we book through various vendors, your cancellation is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, or tour operator. Fees may apply depending on the timing of your request.
3. Travel Agency Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee (commission provide by airlines for Agents) applies to all bookings to cover administrative costs.
4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 16–32 business days after we receive funds from the provider.
